    Dr Pat McGovern

    Dr Pat McGovernDr Pat McGovern is a retired secondary Headteacher (Helston Community College) and was Dean of Education, Sport and Technology (University of St Mark and St John, Plymouth) and a Chief Education Advisor (Plymouth City Council).  Pat is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust, and a member of the Trust’s CEO Performance Management Review panel.  As well as being a school improvement advisor, Pat is an education consultant, school leadership coach and the chair of Truro Cathedral Council.

    Robert Webber

    Robert WebberRobert Webber was a Political Assistant in the European Parliament to Mary Honeyball MEP, and to Candy Atherton MP (Camborne and Redruth).  Other previous public roles have included six years as a Camborne Town Councillor serving as Chair of the Finance Committee, and four years as a Cornwall Councillor serving as vice-chair of both the Finance and Resources Committee and Audit Committee during this time. Robert was also a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.  Robert was previously trustee and treasurer of Camborne Community Centre and is currently a member of Camborne & Redruth Catholic Parish Finance Committee.  Robert is the vice-chair of the Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust, a member of the Pay Committee and chair of the Trust’s Finance and Resources Committee.

    Rob Adams

    Rob AdamsRob Adams is a retired Headteacher of a local nursery and primary school. Currently a school improvement advisor in the primary phase in Cornwall, Rob is also a coach for the youth section of St Ives Rugby Club and St Ives Surf Life Savers.  Rob is the chair of the Trust’s Standards Committee, and a member of the Trust’s CEO Performance Management Review panel.

    Linda Seymour

    Linda SeymourLinda is the Trust’s safeguarding director and is a member of the Trust’s Standards Committee, as well as being a local governor. 

     

    Judith Smitham

    Judith Smitham has two convenience stores and been a Subpostmaster for fifteen years. Judith is a member of a Women in Convenience Group, and an Ambassador for the Association of Convenience Stores.
    Experience in the education sector includes eleven years as a governor of a stand-alone academy, including three years as Chair.
    Passionate about the plight of disadvantaged young people she has been a Director of Truro Community Land Trust, their Treasurer and remains a member.
    Judith also joins the Finance Committee.
